Red Barn Workshop provides the following services:
All custom work begins with a consultation and written estimate. Estimates are valid for 30 days and may be subject to change based on material costs or design modifications.
Custom orders require a 50% non-refundable deposit upon acceptance of the quote. The remaining balance is due upon completion and before delivery or pickup.
We provide estimated completion timelines for all custom projects. Delays may occur due to material availability, unforeseen complications, or other factors beyond our control. We will communicate any significant delays promptly.
Design changes requested after work has begun may result in additional charges. Cancellations after the deposit has been paid will result in forfeiture of the deposit, as materials may have been purchased and work commenced.
All prices are in U.S. Dollars and are subject to change without notice. We strive to ensure pricing accuracy but reserve the right to correct errors.
Retail products may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of purchase with a receipt, provided they are in original, unused condition. Custom-ordered or special-order items are not eligible for return or exchange.
Workshop classes require advance registration and payment. Class fees are non-refundable within 7 days of the scheduled class date.
We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule classes due to insufficient enrollment, instructor availability, or other circumstances. In such cases, you will be offered a full refund or the option to transfer to another class.
Participants in workshop classes must follow all safety instructions and use provided safety equipment. Red Barn Workshop is not liable for injuries resulting from failure to follow safety guidelines or misuse of tools.
